Openweb been down for over a month

Anyone else been having serious problems with openweb?

My internet first became almost unusable on about the 7th of March (before seacom outage).
Since then it has been downloading at about 1 kb/s most of the day and web pages are taking over 15 minutes to load sometimes.
I have tried other ISPs and they are all working perfectly (getting full 1 meg service).

Just needed to have my account fixed.

I have had the same now as well with my Uncapped Unshaped 4mbps gold account and now been waiting for 3 weeks , not sure if they are going backwards that side.
