Does anybody have a manager at openweb who I can contact directly?? they have been charging me for a service I cancelled 3 months ago and I have emailed them numerous times with no reply. I called the contact centre and they keep telling me to leave a message and that I will be called back. I must have left about 5 message over 2 weeks without a single call back! I tried now and insisted that I will hold to speak to a manager and the call centre lady just hung up on me
