I have a quick rant I would like to get off my chest. I currently have two 10gb local only accounts, and saw them advertising a 10gb vpn account for R299. I thought sweet, a 10gb international account for just R299. So i send them an email explaining that i would like my two accounts canceled and replaced with the vpn account. Next day, i still don't get a reply. So that's fine, maybe the email didn't go through. I sent another one, and a third just incase with their built in support email sender on the site. Next day i hear nothing. There is no way an email will not get through after 3 try's? So i send Mr Beep a PM, and i have still heard nothing! I try phoning in (0861 22 44 66), but the number is always busy. WHATS GOING ON AT OPENWEB? Are they on holiday or something? I sometimes hear mr beep complaining about telkom messing up their 0861 number, but how come no other 0861 support number in south africa ever has problems? Please answer the phone and reply to my emails!
