Openweb Email problem

I am having a problem with sending mail from my Openweb account via SAIX

I have a SAIX based OpenWeb account, and from time to time I have mail sending issues.

When I use smtp.openweb.co.za, I get:

Task '********@openweb.co.za - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

When I use smtp.saix.net, I get:

554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address [[email protected]] blocked using rhsbl.saix.net; RHSBL03 See http://www.saix.net/smtp/rhsbl-faq.html
>> RHSBL03 - Domain was found to send high volumes of mail in a 24 hour period

This seems related. It looks like someone has been spamming from a SAIX email account - gotta love being on a transparent proxy in this country some times! One guy screws it up for the entire country.
