As a company that want to provide our customers with a complete solution including data we were looking for a reliable ISP.
Fortunately we believe in testing before we implement any product.
The big draw to Open web was the fact that they don't throttle.
Not throttling is a great idea but when you're download speed on a 4meg line is 8.5kB/s at 20:30 at night I can understand how they can do it. (245kB/s throttled webafrica at the same time)
I've complained about it to them (not after hours as there is no support) and stated the case that we want to resell and it being unexceptable, but was told someone will get back to me but unfortunately their promise is as good as their download speed.

Do yourself a favour and give them a wide berth.

Which is in fact a lie.

Dear OP, see my sig, send e-mail, get yourself sorted out within a short space of time.
Please note that OW is like the Titanic, its hit the iceberg and now its slowly sinking. About 20 berths are already under water

They will throttle the living cr@p out of you to the point you resort to your cellphone to download a simple driver or look up an address on Google maps. Happened to me many times.
And this during office hours. Good riddance.

Indeed, the one incident that made me nearly get in my car and drive down to Durban and give the Dr a fist in the face, was the time I had to send a client an important document and it kept timing out, trying to upload to GMail to e-mail it to him.
