just had awesome service from openweb. A Big thanx to MrBeep-

My Saturday is complete!

Seriously... he has some hectic bad stuff happening, then u come and post that... its fishy!

And whats the point?
Every time I get great service, must I come to myADSL and start a thread?

I got great service from my gf
I got free KFC
I blah blah blah...

well if u search previous posts I made u will see posts I made complaining about them.
This is an adsl isp forum so i feel if i use it when i get @#$% service then when i get gr8 service compliments are due.
the problem with so many people is that they are quick to complain but never comliment.
anyway if the mods think the thread is inappropriate they can delete it....
 
gdiza you can't keep everybody happy and to date there isnt really any proof that those things that has happened with openweb were intentional, or ever happend! Until proven otherwise, openweb is IMO the best ISP!.

Its fine. Every 1 here allways complain complain never gives credit to good service. bet yet again when do one receive good service with eskom and telkom on the loose?

yep openweb are great i have had great service from them all the time

And every time you get bad service? Is it then ok to come on and post it?

I suppose your answer will be that great service is to be expected and a given... even though you are probably the type to constantly bemoan the service industries in SA, yet when someone does give great service you ignore it... hmmmm.

I have had nothing but good service from Keoma and OpenWeb! Yes, sometimes the network has issues but unfortunately IS problems are out of his hands. When it comes to service, I get it. Even on sundays.

This forum is supposed to be a place for people to get assistance on issues. Someone comes on wanting to find out about the service given by OpenWeb, is it right that they only hear from the moaners? What about us guys that are happy with the service?

How much?

How much do you get paid by OpenWeb competitors to knock every positive thread written about OpenWeb?
 
Yeah Gdiza because Silkman is a lurking Openweb employee who stayed around for 462 posts to lull you in to a fake sense of security so that he could praise his employer.
