openweb IS can't access some internalional sites

the following sites cannot access: it is working fine in SAIX network...

can anyone able to access?
 
Yeah, I've been unable to access a number of my favourite sites for around 30 hours now.
 
Im sure everybody knows that IS has got to be the worst ISP on the planet.always have a problem ..should team up with the ANC.GOV

I have just had reports that the site in question is now working 100%.

Please check for me on your side.
 
IS is having routing problems - I reported it to the netadmin address in the whois.... who knows if that even goes to anyone who wil understand the following trace route:

From hop 12 onwards you will notice a bit of ping-pong between 2 of IS's routers.

Don't know if this is exactly what is causing trouble getting to sites outside their network. Is definitely affecting inbound traffic - getting gateway timeouts when trying to deliver to mail servers on their network.

MrBEEP please follow up as I have had no response from IS and I'm sure you have someone you can directly contact to get this resolved :D
