Hey guys, does the Openweb Local only account give you international access too? My friend just signed up today and is able to download and browse international sites and servers :wtf:Is this possible? How?

Hey guys, does the Openweb Local only account give you international access too? My friend just signed up today and is able to download and browse international sites and servers :wtf:Is this possible? How?
The 30GB local only accounts are actually 2GB international and 28GB local. But they get sold as 30GB local only accounts.
And yes its been like this for ages and if you don't disconnect you will have 30GB of international. old news where have you been all this time?

I've actually managed to get 32.8GB international from the 30GB local only IS account 
I put my router on a UPS so that it won't disconnects during power failures.
That was a couple of months ago... since I'm now only using uncapped and unshaped accounts.
Just don't bargain on it that you can get away with using only that account for international Internet access!
