Openweb: no connectivity

I'm with Openweb and this morning have absolutely no connection. On 3G. Logged a support call but all very strange. Router says its connected and has an IP that's it. Logged a call but so far nothing.

Same here. I'm using a free backup Afrihost account, in the interim.
