anyone else having authentication issues this morning??

sent support ticket, waiting on feedback

I'm having issues with Openbrowse since last night - says no proxies available - local access only, Anyone else getting this?

logged a fault this morning via ticket support(email)
its now 2:30pm in the afternoon and no reply from them :(
i would understand an hour, hell,,maybe even 2 but this is ridiculous, if theres a fault @least follow up with the client.

dissapointed to say the least!

OK,,all sorted and i'm still an openweb customer/supporter :)
much thanks

I've been having problems the whole day too. With my work I'm required to get lots of images each day, and struggling to get access to international sites is seriously irritating me.

If this keeps up I'm going to go to another ISP.

can't connect to any international sites....open router is active though

I get this a lot: intermittently and with different sites.

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://uni3.ogame.org/game/reg/login2.php

The following error was encountered:

Unable to determine IP address from host name for uni3.ogame.org

The dnsserver returned:

Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

I'll get one of our engineers to look into it as soon as possible! Sorry for the hassles this may have caused you.
