I was referred to Openweb by a friend ( maybe ex friend :wtf:). He was forever raving about the ISP.
I joined a month ago on a 4 Meg Uncapped "Gamers King" account. I work from home 2-3 days a week an need solid web browsing speed as I need to do R&D. The account promised to prioritize gaming and web traffic during the day. I understand and accept that you have to shape P2P to virtually nothing during office hours.

The problem is that during the day I can barely open an international web page and local bandwith is also horrible.
When I log in with an alternative ISP account everything is fine, so the problem is not my modem, telescum etc etc .. its you Openweb. I also understand that you sometimes have teething problems but I give up after 4 weeks of multiple tickets and 30 - 45 minute debates with support every week.

Conclusion is that Openweb is "broken" and I think unless they take action they are heading for an epic fail.

Goodbye Openweb. ( pity )

My OW account works just fine. I get good performance during office hours. Even our company is now using Openweb because of their performance

What I would like to know is why did you have to create a new thread when there is already a feedback thread for openweb?
