Actually, I have had the same problems, It has been 3 days after sending my proof of payment and nothing. I sent it to [email protected] and I called their call centre and the phone just rings.

I don't know if its just me :/
 
I think 1-2 hours support time is acceptable on email... with blackberry etc, there is no reason to be out of touch. Infact, even hire someone dedicated to email support!

There are SO MANY isp's out there. So I think that if you really want to compete, you need to offer either best price, or best support... or even better... offer both!
