We are busy upgrading our systems and implementing brand new features and as Murphy would have it had a catastrophic server failure this morning.
This problem affects ONLY OpenWeb e-mail services and admin functions - DSL accounts are NOT AFFECTED at all.
We apologise profusely for this and assure our valued customers that our engineers are working feverishly on solving this.
Unfortunately this problem has left us with a severe e-mail, and admin backlog and response times are a little slower than usual but assure everyone that ALL REPORTED ISSUES WILL BE DEALT WITH TODAY.
