For those that don`t know... 0.1 Mbps = 12.8 KBps


... and they call this shaping????

That speed test site is rubbish, results are not accurate or consistent.

This is what I get on a 24Mbps fiber line.

Same line, same country, same time.

Experienced those speeds every single day from 08h00 - 17h00 and has been like that since last year.
It's totally unusable during the day.

If you log a ticket, you'll get one of the following responses:
1. Your account is on a lower tier, upgrade to a business account.... @ exorbitant prices (i.e. pay more to get the actual service levels you'd expect)
2. The account tier that you are on does not allow for any downloading, try again in an hour.
3. Your line is faulty, the exchange is congested or your hardware (pc and/or router) is faulty
4. Here's a different account
 
The site you used is --------. It's not like i support OW but just use the tried and tested speedtest.net & the MyBB version. Am getting weird results on a 10Mbps fiber line

Thats exactly why I left them a few months back. Had terrible speeds during the day.
The excuse I got was that the network was congested on that day. Althought that day was almost every day.
This was on a gold account.

Web Africa has been the business for me so far!

Two options here:

1) Get used to this kind of service
2) Go to any other ISP
