openweb suggestion

I know openweb provide email support monday to sunday but that obviously is of no use if we cannot connect to the internet (my openbrowse could authenticate since Saturday evening). It would be really appreciated if a cellphone number could also be provided so that we could sms our problems through in those times when we can't email. I spent the entire weekend without being able to connect.
p.s I have just tried calling the support desk (08h37) and was told that I had called outside the call centre hours of 08h30 am to 4h30pm

an hour later and still no response to my email or this post. i am still unable to connect. is ANYONE from openweb reading this?
