Please ntoe that I have a 192k line. SO the speeds were pretty much around 19/20kB/sec which is constant and good.
I would like to know how the VPN account will work out.
Since you need the VPN to get international, then will the 10GB cap only apply when using the VPN account? i.e. will there be a separation of the 10GB and 20GB, thereby (almost) separating the international from local?
