Lol,

I see a lot of threads with people that have emailed openweb, then post on the forum and mrbeep ends up asking someone to email him directly. Seems awfully inefficient, isn't there another way? Should we email or pm mrbeep instead?
 
If a problem has progressed as far as the public forum, I prefer solving it myself.

The normal support channels do infact work effectively, but unfortunately sometimes, like with any service related entity, things can go wrong.

After sorting the problem in question, I then investigate why it went as far as a public forum.

In this case, the support staff was already busy dealing with the query when the thread was started. No irregularities were found.
