Openweb is unfortunately currently experiencing problems with its support ‘ticketing’ system.
Please note that email responses to and from support@openweb and admin@openweb are effected.

Openweb sincerely apologises for all and any inconvenience and will endeavour to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

UPDATE: We are still working to resolving the issue.
Please bear with us.

All I want to do is upgrade my package and give you more money. Lady on the phone couldn't help. What to do??

Sal12344, Rather call openweb's help desk and ask to speak to Dane. He often assists me especially when I cannot contact the Openweb admin department and is quite efficient in getting my issues resolved.

Sal12344 - PM me, and i'll help you.

When you log an issue you open a ticket, all the responses around the reported issue will be recorded on this ticket, it contains the history of all the conversations.

I know, but why the single quotes around the word?

In this instance single quotation marks ( ‘ ‘) are used when a word is not been used for its actual meaning, ‘tickets’ as used above aren’t actual tickets, but virtual support ‘tickets’.
Double quotation marks ( “ “) indicate a quote, normally verbatim.
