Some of those sessions could be you disconnecting and reconnecting. Check a little closer to see if the times clash with one another.

If your account is being shared, confronting them about it is an exercise in futility. They will deny it, or try to fill your head with some meaningless jargon to try and convince you that your account isn't being shared.

They blocked access to userstats.isdsl.net as this provided a more comprehensive list of the users connected to the account at any given time.

Best just to submit your cancellation, and be done with them.
