He will, just need to be a little patient. Only problem was I went from IS = to VB when going from standard uncapped to Gold.

Only variable that's changed from last month, which was a brilliant month from Openweb.

That's the only variable.

I'm on uncapped after hours IS and it's superb!! Not everyone's favorite though..

My brand new sparkly gold account has also just died ...

Authenticates but can do nothing.... all data completely dead.
Rebooted router, nada.
The other ISP still works.

I think there's a problem somewhere. VB Gold was perfectly fine the last two weeks. Flying actually. Was awesome until after lunchtime on the 1st, and then boom, it dropped dead. Literally. Emailed MrBeep, then 2min later it was fine again so emailed again to say it's fine.
Now it's really bad again

No, it will only tell your usage. I always used SASA ADSL Statistics Analyser and the online version, but for some reason it doesn't work with the Gold Uncapped packages.
