Everyone seems to be having problems, from reading the threads this morning.

my mweb uncapped account is working perfectly. torrents @170kb/s, and that's shaped on office hours. During this time i'm still able to browse smoothly and watch youtube without any buffering with the remainder of my line.

openweb's p2p is useless. I want a refund from openweb but their reply to my email was they cant refund me cos i used it for 1 day.

Can't get more than 0.1kb/s from international news servers, local IS news server hardly goes above 3kb/s. Well seeded torrents don't go faster than 16kb/s. Steam says its updating my MW2 but I've downloaded more than a 100MB already according to the bandwith monitor but according to the % done it remains stuck on 0%. HTTP downloads at the moment, can't get anything faster than 8kb/s-16kb/s. Browsing have picked up though..but as a whole I'm really disappointed so far. Hope download speeds increase throughout the day :(

We have been informed by Senior IS Engineers that they have made changes to the accounts

Please try reconnect now.

Please note as these are uncapped accounts, they do not register on the usage tracking system.

You can however recieve the daily stats email, just ask your isp to enter it on the system

Must say, I normally get great products from Openweb, but this "uncapped" service sucks.

HTTP is maxing at 15-18k/s, newsservers are all dead, torrents crawl.

I have to say Steam updating has dramatically increased, getting between 30-39kb/s. Http still isn't too hot though, but will keep monitoring.

An improvement since reconnecting, still finding the torrents and nzb's to be severely restricted though. :( Mweb seem to be fairing much better by the looks of it.

I will give Openweb credit for their pro-activity, just hope things shape up soon or will look at moving to Mweb.

Please can you also try a speedtest here: http://speedtest-rba.isdsl.net/

We are in constant contact with the folks that matter at Internet Solutions. This product must AT LEAST match the Mweb one. Until that happens, we will not rest.

Thank you for your support and feedback.

Kind regards
MrBEEP
