It feels like it's just getting worse and worse....
Got new log in info but now it's impossible to do anything. Also when I run speedtest it says that I live in Cape Town even though I'm in Pretoria.
Sent a mail again so I'm hoping for a miracle and a fix

EDIT:

It's so bad now that yahoo mail is struggling to load and Gmail won't load at all

Viewing attached pics on a gmail message and it's downloading at 9KBps :/
Speedtests are fine, but browsing is bad.

when you go to speedtest.net on the left bottom corner it shows your ip and the network name, on what network are you running? this is for slow internet and pages not opening
 
I just opened an Uncapped gold account. Am very happy with it so far, speeds are good.
Only Issue I seem to have is when I log on to http://users.isdsl.net I have two active connections there, one of which is not me

You should ignore that. You're running on a new pipeline so that's an inaccurate representation of the data. Apparently new usage thingies will come out some time. mr Beep?
 
I hope the issues are resolved quickly. Not being able to go on Gmail or download files with a consistent speed isn't fun

Running on IS. It's acceptable at times and randomly I get timeouts on sites, mostly international sites. FTP has it's off times too, when DNS fails. Speedtest.net and The IS speedtest server returns fine results, but browsing rarely hits above 10KBps again.
 
Yes, we are still working on accurate stats for some of our products.

Luckily its Uncapped :)
 
Looks like things are better now. I'm able to get into gmail for the first time since yesterday and download speed seems to be stable again :)

Ah ok awesome, will wait for a new usage thing, was just concerned to see another connection that has its total amount of data used growing
 
Anyone tried running torrents today? I'm getting between 2 and 8 kbs on a good torrent...
 
Folks on the BCS network might've experienced a dip in connectivity for around 5 minutes. There was a short international outage. We apologize for the inconvenience!
