FFS - Now I'm getting the following on Openweb :: " PAP authentication failed" everything was working fine.

EDIT: it seems as if the vb account has been disabled :confused: the IS one I was testing still works, sent MrBEEP an email.
 
Now just before 20h00 speeds moving into mid 300s

I have answered all queries.

There is a definite problem on IS, which engineers are aware of and attending to.

I do apologize!
 
I am getting strange interruptions on my account. NS disconnect and then cannot re connect until I manually close the programme and re open it. Also finding lag on the line itself. Anyone know if this is to do with the issues on the IS backbone?

No complaints with the account though. speeds are great after hours :D

I have heard news from the IS engineers that they might've solved the in game disconnects.

Please test and provide feedback.

I don't know when/if IS in fact fixed it, but after playing several hours last night, I only had 1 disconnect the entire time, which is already a 1000% improvement :p

The terrible lag spikes seem to be gone as well. I will continue to test tonight, and give some feedback if the problem is still there.
 
xrapidx if you do any NS downloads during he course of today can you please give an indication of speed. Thanks

I can tell you that my NS downloads get pretty heavily shaped during office hours, which is fine because they run at full speed (mostly) after 10pm-ish.
 
I'm downloading NZB's using SSL at 470KB/s + on VB, no complaints this side :)

One thing though, they do shape us, when 16:30 hits, you can see they lessen the shaping and there is a huge speed increase, but I can live with that :D

I see Seacom is doing some maintenance which could affect some folks!

Generally, all networks are running below capacity!

P.S Soon, we will be in full control on the BCS Gold network, meaning, we control shaping etc. This will be superb for our clients, as we know what they want, when they want it!

Except while you and I were doing around 150 at about 17h00 - 17h30 yesterday, xrapidx was doing full line speed
