Hi all.Been on Mweb uncapped for a few days,not happy with the speed at all.Looking at more options.A lot of you have the gold account with VB.Sorry for the noob question,what is the VB you are talking about?Link maybe?

There is currently a fault on our Gold Uncapped networks. Clients may experience slow speeds, and some may experience authentication failure problems.

Dead as well. Logged on now with my free afrihost account. So this is definitely an openweb problem.

I'm afraid such a fault is not predictable.

Cause: Telkom Proxy Radius server fault. Telkom is busy working on the fault.

ETA: Still unknown

I will however keep this thread updated

Thanks for letting us know. Sending out an email before this happen would be cool though ;-).
 
MrBEEP please change the settings on your mail server so that the times your mails arrive are not sometime in the future
 
Stupid ****ing 24-hour disconnect. I was fine until it disconnected, now I can't authenticate :mad:

Same here. Last time I couldn't login I had to send proof (again) that I was on debit order because my account was deleted in error! OW really should have this information in their database bound to the username of the account.

Whaaat? Why the hell would the onus be on YOU to prove that you're on debit order? That makes no sense whatsoever.

*shrug* must be modeled after the Opensource method, users are expected to bring some of the love to the party ;)

While I love OW, they really should do something like Afrihost and get a proper control panel system, the one Afrihost use is THE SHIZ. The Client Zone doesn't reflect the account I have from them either.

Possibly and I agree entierly.

Humorously, file a complaint with your bank that a company is illegally debiting your account. That should be worth a laugh and an excellent incentive to improve their user management and service, and to track their own records.

Man Openweb is def the best out there by far. So we should expect regular service back around 10? I am on a backup account thankfully.
