I love how all you people complain all the time, my line is great according to me 90% of the time. I only email Keoma when my connection isn't working at all, not when it's a bit slow. XD

Pathetic speeds on Gold 384 uncapped anyone? On the IS network and it's never been this awful.

I'm on IS backbone on Gold 384 a/c too and I'm working quite nicely still. Maybe ask MrBeep to reset your port for you. I did find sometimes if I disconnected my ADSL router from the line for 5min or so then reconnected again things were a lot better so you could also try that, dunno what logic makes that any better but worked for me in the past.

Indeed. I love my 4MB VB Gold Uncapped account, we do pay a pretty penny, but its so worth :D

Well, this authentication bull**** has made WebAfrica R138 wealthier this month and me that much poorer.

interestingly i found out that WA's prepaid bundle lasts for an age when i logged on into that account for the first time in aeons.

*nod* It's my emergency account... But R69 a prepaid gig is insane in today's climate. However, WA are the only ones with my card details as default who I don't have to jump through hoops with >.<'

*sigh* I know that this authentication bull**** isn't OpenWeb's fault but the joke's wearing thin.
 
oh i feel your pain

thankfully i also have an axxess-semi prepaid and because i bank with fnb, an fnbconnect backup.

am going to run down one of WA and Axxess to leave myself with two backups. It sucks though for sure.

On a sidenote, any VB users noticing low speeds? I have dropped down to about 1/5th what I was getting earlier.
