Yip. I'm on Openweb gold 1mb uncapped and downloads are going between 20KB/s and 6KB/s on the Vodacom backbone. Was fine yesterday until mid Afternoon and then speeds took a nose dive.

Yup.

I know the Vodacom cable break has affected it, but that was on Friday.

I STILL can't play games on VB Gold and I STILL can't even RDP onto a dedicated server (and yes, if I use ie IS account it works fine).
 
Every time I try playing BF BC2 online with my Standard Uncapped account, it fails to connect to EA online. Any way I can get it working?

I'm on 384k, Bcs Network.
 
hmmm. the nntp speeds on altech have hit some serious lows compared to when i first moved over. currently doing less than 20kB/s.
 
Yeah something is seriously wrong on the VB backbone for HTTP downloads, although NNTP is flying for me on the otherhand :)
 
What backbone network options are available for the Openweb Gold accounts?
I only know of IS and VC.
 
All is working 100% on the network side. Seems like there is a problem with the route to the network.

I also play some HoN after hours. How are you guys finding HoN on euro servers? Do you have better pings/stability to US West/East?

You can say that again. NNTP is running full speed, but steam downloads are doing 25kB/S and less since last night.
Send the boss a mail, waiting for him te reply :D

We did change it yes, but still veru low DL Speed, even on direct downloads..

Anyone else experiencing uber slow speeds on IS as of late. During the day I get 0 download speed and 1000 ping on Hon...... wondering if anyone else is getting this.
