I mostly use it for http downloads and the odd bit of vpn access to work. I think they heavily shape/block torrents but I use Downstorm which has been delivering full line speed the past few days, although normally I get around the 400KB/s mark.

No matter how many wobbles I have with OpenWeb, no other ISP has come anywhere close to the support I have received from them.
Today is Saturday... it is late afternoon. I emailed Keoma about switching backbones... almost instant reply. Another query from me, instant reply... and voila. Within 3 minutes, me a lowly noob 384k subscriber has been switched and am again getting close to StoneCold's crawling speed. Yay.

I wonder what has changed, the last time I used DS was on Wednesday, I got full line speed but when I started a download an hour ago, the speed is sitting around 70K
