I don't have much torrents in my program at the moment so can't really tell. I have a 2mb line and getting only 150 kB/s with IDM. It was however at 235kB/s earlier today

Just got time to set it up now and **** I am disappointed. Rapidshare not more than 15KB/s half my line speed of 384, torrents even less at 10. Browsing is sloooowwwwwww. Speedtest shows better latency than my Cybersmart account at 88ms vs 133ms but download is 0.15 Mb/s and upload is 0.09Mb/s, will continue trying out for this month but if it don't improve I might upgrade my Cybersmart to that R299 10GB weekend uncapped deal.

Got a email from openweb this morning, explaining the slow speeds, and that their accounts is indeed IS.
Think they've been looking at this thread.
So I'll just wait and see how things change in the month.
But they said they hope to resolve this problem by tonight.

Much better now the browsing is fast compared to last night and normal http transfer like driver downloads is at full speed, rapid share and torrent still throttled which i expect at 15kb/s but speed test now shows correct results 0.39MB/s download

I have always been with Openweb and when I heard that they were offering uncapped I jumped on the bandwagon. After 4 days I am totally disappointed. My browsing is non existent and you tube buffers for up to 20 minutes for a 1 minute video. I can hardly open websites and when I did a speed test I was browsing at 0.16 megs a second, this is disgusting. What is the problem?
