Openweb Useless???

I never call. Email always gets a same day response for me.
 
Openweb isn't that bad. People usually when having a small problem flame them on Public forums. I don't think its fare! Ive never had problems like this so your topic "Openweb Useless???" I think is a bit out of line! Why not just make it openweb problem or openweb not answering. Not useless!!!!

I sent an e-mail to mrbeep over 24 hours ago when my e-mail to support wasn't responded to. It's now been 3 days since money was debited from my card and I still haven't got my account activated.

OpenWeb isn't normally like this so I was willing to be patient but now it's the weekend and not having internet at home for 3 days is incredibly frustrating when you live with a facebook addict.

What do I need to do to get some service?

But seriously, this isn't friggin hellopeter :mad:

Threads like this piss me off, coz the user always gives there side and then the ISP always has to pull damage control and be kind to leave a nice impression - stuff that, the true story never comes out...

I don't think that anyone in their right mind would come here and complain if they didn't have a strong reason to.

Ok so when u pay money for a service and that service cant be bothered to answer the phone, u dont complain. ***, I expect at least for my service provider to answer the phone. Thats why i flamed them and I will do it again. They go on about getting your debit orders paid, and when u phone them to arrange it u cant get through HMMMMMMMM
