OpenWeb VPN - Any one else got problems currently?

Hi there,
I've got an 512 VPN account with OpenWeb which I have not been able to use for about the last 6 weeks, as when I dial in, I have absolutely no internet access (i.e. can't even Ping servers). I've been corresponding with Keoma for the past few days, but I've gotten nowhere.

Anyone else got one of these accounts, and if so, are you experiencing the same problems at all or is it just me?

Advice - Move to another ISP. This wont be fixed.

I waited 3-4 months.

I used this once also, worked for like an hour and then just died. Will never use it again...
