OpenWeb WEB Login Details?

Hallo,

I have just signed up with OpenWeb's R299 1MB Uncapped offer and received my ADSL router login details. When I enquired about the login details for web related services (for account monitoring purposes etc.) I was told to head over to http://users.isdsl.net (which is Internet Services' login page I know) and login with my details there.

However using my ADSL router login details does not work (which is not a big surprise) but I have no other username and password login details. My e-mail also does not suffice as a login username.

I have been struggling to get hold of the people at OpenWeb. Where can I obtain this information?

"OpenWeb uncapped" and "account monitoring"? Computer says "No."

IIRC you would have received a welcome e-mail giving you a username and password to log-in to the Openweb control panel(not your ADSL log-in details).The username starts with OW.
Perhaps try this and see if it works
