I bought a 10gig IS ADSL 2 days ago from Openweb and MRBEEP emailed me my details but it still says pending and they don't work.

I have emailed a few times and their support line does not work.

What's going on?

Hi MrBeep, I replied to your email just now again, there's no option for me to activate in the control panel, and this account is always automatically activated previously. Thanks.
