OpenWeb's Excellent service

I think it is only fair to start a thread for openweb.

They have always given me the most superior service! They were the first to bring out the cheap uncapped accounts, and innovative local only accounts.

It makes me sick when people dis their support. I have never had anything but EXCELLENT service from Openweb.

Oh, and the free uncapped local account I got last month as a reward for my loyalty went down really well

I was too - make no mistake, but decided to move to another Verizon reseller to save 90 bucks a month. I still think they have the best support dept around.

openwebs local only packages cant be touched by any other ISP and i have only had great service from them

I agree. To be a local isp and NOT have some kind of voice on this forum by now is a BIG mistake, if you ask me.
