Opera mini not for Nokia 5230

This phone has 3G/HSDPA enabled and I am using it as a modem on my laptop. I followed instrucions SMS 31116 Opera, and got the link, but when I try to download the Mini Opera browser, I get error message, The application is not meant for your phone..whatnot...

Can someone tell me what is going on with this? I called 155 and the consultant asked me to switch-off-then-on, and test again. I have done this, but to no avail.
