Well, when any of the other browsers will allow me to have 20 tabs open at the same time without dying and then open another instance of the browser (in windows or linux) and open another 5-10 tabs in that window, and still have my OS and web browser be perfectly usable, then maybe I'll consider switching from Opera.
But let's be honest, no other browser comes close. Firefox and IE in particular are pathetic when you open multiple tabs.
That's totally aside from the multitude of other features and the fact that it's still one of the smallest downloads too (bloated? How? Where?). How come FF has no features but it's a bigger download? That reeks of bloat. Maybe not in features, but definitely in the coding. No wonder it can't handle multiple tabs.
(Incidentally, there's some debate about whether tabs were in fact invented by Opera, but there's no doubt they perfected and popularized them)
