It is one live now.

It started off by him admitting using EPO, blood tranfusions as well as other substances.

Finished for today. Part 2 will be tomorrow same time.

All I can say is he's in big legal trouble.

From http://sports.nationalpost.com/2013/01/17/lance-armstrong-oprah-interview-live-stream/

Lance Armstrong opened up to Oprah Winfrey about his doping in a two-part special on her network, starting Thursday. In the first part, he admitted to using a variety of drugs including testosterone, cortisone, human growth hormone, blood doping, transfusions and EPO. He also said he didn’t see it as cheating: “I didn’t view it that way. I viewed it as a level playing field.”

bookstores are going to move his book from the autobiography to the fiction section

Oh, he didn't see it as cheating? I guess that makes it ok then huh.

And suing the pants off everyone who ever suggested you might be "levelling the playing field" and destroying their lives? I suppose you saw nothing wrong with that either?

What a disingenuous ****wit. I hope he doesn't get away with it like these celebrity types tend to so often.

bloody hell. i never thought he would admit it. imagine the storm coming his way. eish..

Why would he vehemently deny it, then admit it? That's way worse than admitting it the first time.

Arrogant nephalem. He thought he could get away with it.

I hope every single person he accused of lying about his doping sues his ball off.

I heard he did this in order to try and "salvage his reputation"...? What reputation? You cheated for years, lied about it, covered it up and bullied people into lying as well. Only reputation you have now Lance is as a fraudulent cheatng liar.

One of my friends is a cyclist and when I mentioned the Lance Armstrong doping saga to him the other day, his opinion was that it was not such a big issue since everyone else was doping with Armstrong and that doping is the only way to get ahead anyway.

I stopped watched cricket for years after the Hansie debacle. I wonder how many fans of cycling are doing the same. It's almost like its accepted that doping is part of cycling and its only a problem if you get caught.

I dunno how the sport manages to survive all these scandals.

His sponsors had left him due to the investigation report so he has no income to lose by coming clean. In the interview he seems cool and calculated. He wants to compete in triathlons and local races and not give up his competitive side of his life and he finds his life ban unfair. Its seems he isn't satisfied by living an average joe and not competing.
