Optimal 4k viewing

Good Morning,

I bought myself a Hisense 55" UHD TV (55k321uw) and I'm wondering how to get the best out of it. I've got my PC connected to it but I only use it to watch series and movies. Would it be better to watch 4k files from the USB port in the TV or from my PC? Bear in mind that my GFX card is only full HD.

Which Graphics card do you have?
I think that the graphics card would upscale to the connected monitor/TV regardless.

I think that it would also be best to run things from a PC than depending on the "Smart" capabilities of a TV.
