Options for paying Telkom Bill

It's nigh impossible to pay FFS

Setting up the debit order doesnt work (cant remember why, think it wouldnt recognise my branch code)
Logging into the online service often times out (I've sometimes spent 2 or 3 days at work logging in every 15 minutes, never to get in)
I will not go into the bank

So what other way is there to pay Telkom?

2) ATM - one visit to bank to set up beneficiary

MoneyMarket counters at Checkers or Shoprite is one other way I know about.

you can basically pay all bills at pick and pay

I pay all my bills via FNB cheque card and avoid debit orders and EFT's as each swipe of my card gives me ebucks.
Most of these bills as heretic says can be paid at PnP or Checkers.

I used to pay at my nearest post office but EFT is just so convenient. Look at the back of your Telkom bill for the various payment options.

www.easypay.co.za if you wish to pay by credit card and are lazy to leave your comfort zone! Go to any cashier at any Pick N Pay, Woolworths if you have the time on your hands and pay for your Telkom account there. Easy Pay, convenient and available practically everywhere now days!

Don't pay at Money Market *Shoprite, Checkers, Hyper Checkers* noticed the money market queues are huge!

Alternatively pay by internet banking Add a beneficiary - there is an option with pre-loaded list of beneficiaries Telkom should be there

I have been using easypay.co.za for many years. Never had a problem. Pay by CC and get bonus points (ebucks in my case).

D/O capped to exact amount of internet cost...and R50 EFT in case I happened to have called someone from the landline (rarely happens). Nicely automated, the D/O cap does actually kick in and the scheme doesn't cost me a cent in fees thanks to fixed cost banking.
