Considering buying a Moto G from them but alarmed at forum posts re non/slow delivery and useless help desk.

Wow, that sure doesn't look good.

Only complaint I have is that Orange didn't give the Special Instructions for delivery through to FedEx, which stated that they should call me when they are at the delivery address.

Luckily FedEx has an after hours number which i phoned and arranged to pick my parcel up tomorrow.

Edit: Placed my order on 02/10/2014 and would've arrived today. Pretty much the expected timeframe that their website showed when I ordered.

I won 2 sim cards with £30 airtime each last month. For use in the UK. Kids live on Channel Islands, would of been handy if they DID NOT EXPIRE ON 23 RD SEPTEMBER !!!!
