So the item I ordered said 'in stock' at their European website.

Now, after I order, it says 'stock expected in 11 days'.

They don't seem very good at replying to email – how long can I expect to wait for this now?

I ordered something that was in stock - then it eventually went out to over 1000 days estimate for stock. Eventually I called up to ask "wtf" - and it turns out they had stock issues and multiple people had placed orders for the last few units - and I was one of the unlucky ones.

I cancelled - and it only took them just under 3 months to refund me (after I chased them and they then said "oh, it was cancelled but no one put in the refund").

TL:DR - give them a call and ask :confused:

This is normal. 11 days to ZA if there are no delays... I would say 14-21 days is a good guess. They take about 2 days to respond to an email.
 
After phoning they say around 12 days. Now I check on the online tracking and it says 18 days.

This after the website said it was 'in stock'.
