Order delivery issues from Orange

Last month I drove over my HTC One with the forklift.. :o EISH.
After looking around and doing some research I decided to purchase a HTC Mini 2, screen protector, double dip cover and 32gb memory card through Orange. All of that came to just over R5200. I think thats a pretty good price. Paid for the order on the 13th of Feb. The site said delivery in 6 days, ok its coming from the UK etc. I was happy with that.

Problem is, I STILL haven't recieved my goods. After lots of phone calls to them I have found out that the shipment was pulled over by customs. Now working for a company that does allot of exporting I understand that this is out of their control. I have been trying to get a contact number for some one localy who can give me some better info because the call centre give me the same story everytime. They say that they don't have a local number and I should recieve my goods by Friday, so your telling me there is not one person in SA handeling the goods, I don't think so!!

Now I know that I'm probably asking in the wrong place but has any body here delt with Orange in SA and could possibly point me in the correct direction. I'm really pulling my hair out, as you can imagine
 
Arrow, now I just want to cry. I see the website info has now chenged from 3 to 6 days delivery. And "Ordered On Request" for the actual handset, not sure exactly what that means.
 
Looks like orange is a hit or a miss. My friend ordered a nexus 6 last week and it took 4 days for it to be delivered. Close your eyes, hit the order button and hope for the best.
 
They could have sent another unit in the mean time and when the original ordernis finally released send it back. But nobody would think or suggest that. I must just wait! Getting pretty peaved off with the whole situation now.
