I think that thread was deleted because there were too many threads relating to orange. Phone them every day asking for an update regarding your order. Some people have waited 6 Working days, 2weeks, 2 months(their system moves the status of ur order backwards, due to stock issues), a few months and some people struggle to get a refund.

6 working days is the same as saying 2 weeks.Keep calling them and wait it out.

Phone arrived this morning, 13th of April. So 5 days when I account for the easter holidays and weekends. Not bad, however the online statues they use are vague.
