Order processing time

Hi,

I ordered a simcard from Afrihost last week.
How long does it normally take for order to be processed and shipped?
It is for order number 314548.

When it comes to deliveries it is normally takes 5 to 7 business working days for the package to arrive.

Hi, finally received it today.
Now I have a different issue.
According to CCD couriers Afrihost needs to RICA the sim.
According to Afrihost CCD couriers needs to RICA the sim.
Made many phone calls, cannot get the sim RICAd.
What should I do now?

I have a similar problem, ordered a sim swap. Sim arrived last Friday, still haven't been able to activate the card despite following the online instructions.
