Ordered from wootware , gave wrong address

Hi , sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but since I cant get a hold of wootware and Dawn Wing , the courier service that is delivering the PSU I ordered from Wootware based in Cape Town-Strand .
So the problem is that I ordered it and wanted courier , I however gave the wrong address due to autofilling and my mistake , I checked the tracking ordered and it did not exist , do I have to call them to collect or will they deliver again?
Are there any other actions I can take to get my hardware?
 
Why can't you get hold of wootware?
Phone them first thing in the morning again.
 
I am going to do that , I just wanted insight from anyone who might have had a similar scenario.
 
If they can't get hold of you the package will go back but delivery charges will most likely be on you. If it is wrong address but in same town, it is not usually an issue, when they contact you just tell them the address changed.

No man. Call them first thing tomorrow morning... they will be able to assist and know what the best solution would be.

Apparently 100 likes of this thread will solve the problem ... Else calling them yourself will be more reliable.

It's post bonus day so I would expect them to have hundreds of queries in their inbox. Actually a large percentage of queries to e-commerce call center agents are about delivery statuses.

Don't make your next post about them not responding in time.
 
Wootware have A+ grade service levels, just give them a call instead of wasting time on the forum to ask us about it.
 
Thanks , I did call TakeAlot and WootWare , All was sorted , the Wootware didnt ship yet because the address that I gave was already incorrect , so I didnt have to pay extra shipping fee, Woot , I am excited to build my first PC

All is good , they were really nice and made everything easy to deal with , I never order online and did not really know what to do , and I only know that MB is locally based and someone might be able to assist , so yeah thanks for all the help.
 
I bought from them for the first time earlier this year and because of time constraints chose to fetch my order. I got there 15 mins or so before their opening time, so waited in my car outside, but someone saw me and said I should come in, and I was done and out before 8am. I appreciated that kind of attitude.
