About 3 weeks ago I completed an application resulting from an invite from the Esquire rep for MyBB members. I did not hear anything but started to receive promotions by email. When I went to order something, I was told that I am not registered and to complete a COD application. I still have not heard anything and sent an email to "[email protected]". No reply. On enquiring, I am told that lady who sees to new accounts is away so nothing can be done

Yesterday's email from Esquire mentions that prices will soon go up, so I emailed the order again. No response. Calling them results in a long delay while they look up my details again - not registered.

Who should I call at Esquire to hasten this up? I would want to collect goods at the Cape Town store

Hello Chris4290
An email was sent to you on the 30th August 2012 informing you that your account was opened and the details of your account number, etc. The subject line was "Esquire Technologies -Notice of Registrations-Cape Town customers"

I have resent it to today on the email address you provided to us

You can trade with our Cape Town branch immediately

So it seems that we can no longer use the general mybb account at esquire and they want me to register with them. I hardly ever buy anything from them so I don't see the point in me creating a new account with them. Especially since it has a two day waiting period...

Is there anyone who would be so kind as to allow me to use their account?

Online shop require registering online with your account details. It is about giving them additional information like delivery address (I think).

Thanks. I signed up will see how long it takes them to come back to me. For now I've requested a quote from syberattic not going to wait 2 days just to pay R80 less.
