Orthognathic (Maxillofacial) Surgery

Has anyone here had this? Ive been doing a lot of reading online to get an idea of what its all about because I want to correct my overbite that I have.

I had bracers when I was in high school to straighten my teeth, but since then my top row has gone quite scew. So im back at the orthodontist now, getting the top row straight again. Once that is done, then Im going to probably have the jaw part done... bit scared...

Dr Marius Coetsee is my Orthodontist. That is all for now... will have to have a surgeon later I guess
