Osama bin Laden

I've said so before,
I'm pretty sure i've seen him walking around Rosebank mall a few times.

Give me one good reason you so blindly support the US and Israel.
It doesnt make a difference whether I support the US and Israel or not. Im against his terrorist regime whereby he flies planes into buildings! Now why do you support that?

Osama is probably buried in a shallow pit in some remote Afghan mountain range :o

Don't get me started on osama.

Let me sum this up in one word: Fictional-Character

That's two words linked together by a hyphen.

ROFL :D:D think I just spat out half a cup of coffee....

Indeed. The stuff of legend
He never existed

You dropped your tin foil hat......

Quite true. Remember, he was one of the ringleaders that America trained to fight off the old USSR when they moved into afghanistan. He existed long before the twin towers incident.

For those who wish to avoid reading dry, dusty history books, do yourself a favour and see the film "Charlie Wilson's War". It's about the hidden american funding of the Afghan resistance, how they trained and equiped the freedom fighters and how they in the end, never told the survivors of what they had done and the children then turned against a counry that helped them because they thought the country just sat idly by while they fought and died.

Yeah kids watch this movie to get an idea but dont let uncle sam fool you into thinking they were the heroes :D

Anybody who believes that Hollywood movies are accurate needs to have there head checked.

The U.S supplied the Afghan resistance with material support in their war against the Soviets .Bin Laded and Islamic fundamentalists were only a part of the resistance.

No one should support any one... just be objective... something people here don't understand.

Bin Laden flew planes into a building? WHEN? WHERE? PROOF? :p

Regime?

Proof: He and the his group of fellow terrorists took responsibility for 9/11.
Need I say more? :D

Where did you get that info from? The FBI have admitted that they have no evidence that Bin Laden was behind 911. Check their website. He is a wanted man but not for 911 as he never accepted and/or claimed responsibility for it. If he took responsiblity for it, he would be a wanted man for 911 as well, but he is not.

Thanks for reminding them, it seems people forget this little titbit of info everytime 9/11 or Bin Laden comes up.

That's cos they believe everything they see on tv without doing even a bit of rudimentary research. The media has them by the nuts. Was it Richard Dawkins that had a documentary or book called "Slaves to superstition" or something to that effect? I have my own version - Slaves to propoganda.

I watched the documentary called : "War made Easy" yesterday and I almost started crying when I saw how evil the American news media has become.

Yeah, it's amazing how people fall for the same propaganda used to justify the invasion Iraq by just changing the "Q" at the the end of Iraq to an "N"

And the shame is that everyone now agrees that the Iraq war was about oil, even the chickenhawk neocons

I was shocked that many people (and many forumites here) after having been fooled by the Iraq war premise are all now getting onto the Iran bandwagon.

Iraq was crap, how can you possibly think Iran won't be crap either?

"Fool me once..." does not compute with some people, think they must be missing a frontal lobe or something.
