Osama's death rocketed through the Internet

I have been reading news, comments, and, and different reactions about Osama's death all over the internet also.

I actually forgot about this fellow :p

I don't know whether to feel happy or sad O-o

Kinda surprised by the massive celebrations in NY...champagne & everything. Sure I can understand they're happy about it, but celebrating an assassination. :/

Why would the Americans kill their own man? OBL is, and always has been, a CIA asset.

but celebrating an assassination. :/

And the assassination of a family to boot.

The man was responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocents and sparked ten years of war. I think that's a good reason to celebrate.

Tin Foil Hat time! :D

And the assassination of a family to boot.

The only person to blame for that is Osama himself.

No, the war stopping would be reason to celebrate. This achieves nothing except revenge. If anything more people will now die: Bin Laden supporters are pissed, US crew feels righteous & that its approach (war & " deaths of thousands of innocents") is justified.

I really don't think anybody in the US is scared of war. They are pretty much resolved to do whatever it takes.

... and revenge is not always a bad thing. Especially when it is couched in fitting poetic justice! ;)

But are they prepared to take whatever it gives?

Well what else are they supposed to do? Just sit there while the Taliban prepares more attacks and indoctrinates more followers?

Also, unless Bin Laden was killed by a computer virus or something, why is this thread a "Broadband and IT" news article?

Read the Title and the article... it's about how trending news can affect the entire Internet.

So... he's killed, and buried at sea a couple of hours later? And now "DNA tests confim" it's him? I smell a rat. And not one in a tin-foil hat.
