OSCAR Do you remember the post office putting in PIT. Public internet terminals. Go to your local post office & see if you find one that works.
Every city in SA has internet Cafe's that offer far more services & the tax man does not subsidise them.
Why does the Gov not stop wasting money. Drop the cost of ADSL & internet cafes will flourish. They offer the services that consumers need

Better than the PE system, got sent something from the municipality about it, lets you pay municipal accounts etc online I think, not actually even sure. Supposed to be electronic, internet-based etc. But the process you have to follow is:
1. Phone a number and get the form faxed to you.
2. Fax the form back.
3. Wait 48 HOURS and then go COLLECT your PIN from the municipal office.
Then you can actually use it, what a joke!
