onyx is also a fairly decent cleanup app.

if u have not done it already, make a backup with time machine....the amount of time it will save u is silly...especially if u get a dodgy firmware/software update.

I reboot once a week, dont know if it's just burnt in memory from having had windows but my mac does seem a bit faster after a reboot :|

Probably does speed up a little.

I am amazed how quickly OS X restores when you open the lid, its instant.

Yeah, I keep mine in my bedside drawer (I'm writing a few stories/scripts maybe even a novel) and just close the lid when I'm done... When I need it again, just open it & a few seconds afterwards it's ready!

Why did I wait so long to get a Mac? (Maybe coz they're kinds expensive and I'm a cheapskate!)
